Step 1 – Cook the Beef
- Heat a pan over medium heat.
- Add a little oil, then sauté garlic and onion until fragrant.
- Add minced beef and cook until browned.
- Stir in bell pepper.
- Season with salt, black pepper, and mixed herbs.
- Cook until beef is fully done and slightly dry. Set aside.
Step 2 – Assemble the Wrap
- Lay one tortilla wrap flat.
- Add a layer of shredded cheese.
- Spoon the cooked minced beef mixture on top.
- Add more cheese over the beef.
- Fold the tortilla (half-moon style or full wrap style depending on preference).

- Option 1 (Pan):
- Cook on a non-stick pan over low heat until both sides are golden and cheese melts.
- Option 2 (Air Fryer):
- Air fry at 180°C for 5–7 minutes until crispy and cheese is melted.
- Option 3 (Oven):
- Bake at 180°C for 8–10 minutes until golden and cheese is bubbly.
Notes
- You can add chili flakes if you like it spicy.
- Swap beef with chicken or lamb if preferred.
- Perfect for sahur if you want to skip rice.
