The easiest donut bites you’ll ever make — no yeast, no frying, and ready in under 30 minutes.They’re technically not donuts, but for just 3 ingredients, they come surprisingly close. Soft inside, golden outside, and perfect for quick cravings.

- Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C) and line a baking tray with parchment paper.In a bowl, combine flour and baking powder.Add Greek yoghurt and mix until a sticky dough forms.Transfer dough into a piping bag or ziplock bag. Cut a small round tip.Pipe small dough balls onto the prepared baking tray. Use scissors to snip if needed.Bake for about 17 minutes or until lightly golden.While still warm, toss donut bites in melted butter, then coat with cinnamon sugar.Serve warm.

Notes
