Ingredients
  

  • 3 medium potatoes boiled
  • 100 g shrimp peeled & chopped
  • ½ tsp black pepper adjust for kids
  • 1 tsp mushroom seasoning
  • 1 egg beaten
  • Panko breadcrumbs for coating
  • Oil for frying

Method
 

  1. Mash the boiled potatoes until smooth.
  2. Add black pepper and mushroom seasoning, mix well.
  3. Take some potato mixture, place shrimp in the centre, and shape into a ball.
  4. Dip the ball into beaten egg.
  5. Coat evenly with panko breadcrumbs.
  6. Heat oil over medium heat and fry until golden brown.
  7. Drain excess oil and serve warm or pack for school lunch.

Notes

  • Untuk anak kecil, kurangkan black pepper.
  • If mixture too soft, chill in fridge for 10–15 minutes before shaping.
  • Can be air-fried at 180°C for 12–15 minutes (lightly spray oil).
  • Suitable for school lunch — still soft when cooled.
