- Mash the boiled potatoes until smooth.
- Add black pepper and mushroom seasoning, mix well.
- Take some potato mixture, place shrimp in the centre, and shape into a ball.
- Dip the ball into beaten egg.
- Coat evenly with panko breadcrumbs.
- Heat oil over medium heat and fry until golden brown.
- Drain excess oil and serve warm or pack for school lunch.
Notes
- Untuk anak kecil, kurangkan black pepper.
- If mixture too soft, chill in fridge for 10–15 minutes before shaping.
- Can be air-fried at 180°C for 12–15 minutes (lightly spray oil).
- Suitable for school lunch — still soft when cooled.
