One-Pot Salmon Rice (Rice Cooker Recipe)

A simple, mummy-approved one-pot salmon rice made in a rice cooker. Semua bahan masuk sekali. senang, cepat, tak banyak periuk. Perfect untuk menu anak sebelum ke sekolah or busy family days.

Ingredients
  

1½ cups rice (washed clean – i guna beras Sumo)
Water (ikut sukatan rice cooker)
200g salmon, diced
1 small onion, sliced
½ carrot, diced (optional)
½ cup corn (optional)
A handful of spinach
1 tsp mushroom seasoning
1 tsp soy sauce
1 tsp oyster sauce
½ tsp chicken stock

Method
 

Add washed rice and water into the rice cooker.
    Add mushroom seasoning, soy sauce, oyster sauce, and chicken stock in the salmon.
      Arrange marinated salmon, onion, carrot, corn, and spinach on top of the rice.
        Close the lid and press Cook. Let everything cook together.
          Once done, gently break the salmon and mix all ingredients evenly.
            Serve warm 🍽️

              Notes

              Untuk kids, kurangkan soy sauce dan skip pepper if u nak or use kids frienly punya.
              If you prefer softer rice, add a bit more water. Protein boleh tukar kepada chicken or dory fish.
